mmk90 Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the detailed terms of service that all users of the mmk90 platform must read and understand.
Section 1 — Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all actions on the mmk90 platform (mmk90.vip), including accessing the site, opening an account, making deposits, making withdrawals, and playing games. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have fully read and understood this Agreement and that you agree to it. If you do not agree, you may not continue to use the platform.

Section 2 — Account Registration
2.1 — Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older to use mmk90. If anyone under 21 attempts to open an account, that account will be closed immediately and no funds in that account may be withdrawn.
2.2 — One Account Per Person
Each user may open one account only at mmk90. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, bonuses and the right to withdraw funds may be suspended.
2.3 — Accurate Information
The details you provide when opening an account — including your name, phone number, and payment account information — must be accurate. If any information is found to be incorrect, mmk90 has the right to suspend or close the account.

3.1 — Deposits
- Deposits will be added to your account after mmk90 verifies and confirms them.
- Keep your transaction ID and be ready to provide it if needed.
- Only the most recent payment method on record can be used, and deposits must be made in your own name.
3.2 — Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same personal payment account used for the deposit.
- Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the required wagering requirement has been met.
- If financial verification is required, mmk90 may request additional documents.
Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 — First Deposit Bonus
New users making their first deposit at mmk90 can receive a 120% bonus (up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks). To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 25x.

4.2 — Bonus Eligibility Restrictions
- Each bonus can only be claimed once, and it will only be credited when you deposit using your own funds.
- Only one promotion can be claimed at a time.
- mmk90 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If an account is closed or a chargeback occurs, bonuses will be forfeited.
4.3 — Referral Promotion
Under the referral promotion, you will receive 5% of your referred friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person), plus 0.1% of your friends' total valid bets as a weekly commission.
Section 5 — VIP Levels and Cashback
The mmk90 VIP program has 5 levels, and your level advances based on your play history and activity.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Cashback will be credited as bonus balance and can only be withdrawn after wagering is completed. mmk90 reserves the right to change or cancel VIP offers at any time.
Section 6 — Account Security and Responsibilities
6.1 — Password Protection
Do not share your login password with any third party. You are responsible for maintaining your own account, and mmk90 is not liable for any financial losses that result.
6.2 — Prohibited Conduct
- This includes intentional bonus abuse.
- Playing using bots or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited.
- Match betting and arbitrage are prohibited.
If any of the above conduct is detected, mmk90 reserves the right to immediately close the account and terminate the relationship.
Section 7 — Responsible Gaming and Limits
